- An open member row keeps role and bootstrap permission as a draft:
  Save writes it, Discard or closing the row drops it, so a stray select
  change no longer alters anyone's access.
- AddMemberForm takes `stacked` for narrow hosts; the GA tenant editor
  modal uses it, so the email field spans the full width there.
