Bump xunit.runner.visualstudio from 2.8.2 to 4.0.1

Applied on main for #209: after the dotnet group update changed the neighbouring xunit lines, the
PR conflicted and Dependabot did not act on the rebase request. The change is the PR's own five
lines. All five test suites keep their counts (8532 / 3891 / 648 / 44 / 125).
