Subject: [PATCH] fix(web): stack qualifier pills below the status badge in the
 session table

Hybrid / Self-Deploying / Blocked pills rendered inline next to the status
badge and widened the status column noticeably. Column layout (flex-col)
stacks them underneath instead, keeping the column narrow regardless of
how many qualifiers a session carries.
