Subject: [PATCH] feat(web): new green brand icon + gray wordmark in portal
 navbar

Replace the favicon (app/icon.svg) with the new green glyph and swap the
portal navbar logo from the blue gradient box to the bare green icon with
the wordmark in sidebar gray (text-gray-600 / dark:text-gray-400). Both
portal navbar variants updated; the public landing navbar keeps the old
gradient branding.
